We fell in love with the beauty of the Gers because of the different seasons, beautiful sunsets and the rolling hills. The friendly people, the casual relaxed atmosphere and the delicious local food . Fresh fruit, vegetables and wines from the farmers in the area. The sunflowers, the tasty garlic that is grown here. And more and more farmers in this area are switching to organic. The diversity of historic towns and villages , the beautiful (Pilgrim) walking routes . The beautiful medieval castles and the nice flea markets. The combination has ensured that we are happy to be in this beautiful part of France every day.
